I think 3131 cap reached on march 15th 2010 as per cic website.I do not have a clue when you say the "ACTUAL DATE".can you pls explain

means backlog -
what was the last applicants submission date

Between June 26, 2010, and June 30, 2011, a maximum of 20,000 complete Federal Skilled Worker applications will be considered for processing. HI everyone,

Iam not new here i applied on 0311 in last april.But i have one of my friend that send his application on 3131 as a pharmacist last week and it arrived 7/3/2011,he is worried about he might not catch the caps.

Pharmacists now are 977 in the caps

so could you tell me how long it take it confirm that he is in the caps or not?

Does the file receiving means that he is accepted or they must reviewed before that and how long they reviwe it?

How long does it take between receiving the file and review it and give it the acceptance?

Hi all,
Sent yesterday our RPRF draft and original pcc to LVO, by Dhl couriers. How long would it normally take for them to cash it? Will they cash it at all without meds done and received? We asked them kindly to acknowledge the draft receipt, have they ever acknowledge this to anybody? Tks very much

IRG,
my RPRF took almost 4 weeks to get cashed. I was checking weekly with My PTSB branch and they were very helpful but the answer was no - not cashed. After 4 weeks i did not go to the bank but I received the PPR. Then i did not bother checking. No, they did not acknowledge anything.
