A quick q: Any idea what is the average processing time for CEC candidates applied in Buffalo?

I am going to complete 10 months still no communication from vo
Is there a chance of rejection

Hey guys , just noticed in the March 2011 thread, a June 2011 applicant has got his MR/PPR request.

looks NDVO wants to finalise post June2010 till June2011 applications before New year.

or a additional Visa officer is working...to whom May cases have been given to finalise.

once IN PROCESS...u wont b refused witout letting u know abt der doubts/concerns.

the VO will send letter if dey have doubt/concerns....n depend upon ur reply...dey will take action...

outright rejection only happens at RBVO stage...n that too if applicant doesnt score 67 points....for other reason dey will send a letter...mentiong der concern.

If it is, I should get my PR in a month from now since its 11 months as of today for me. I havent even received MR so far.
Point # 2:
I see some friends here who got PR (applied under CEC) in just 5 to 6 months where as website says 10 months.

Really?!?!?! 5-6 months!! I see some people who applied in 1st quarter of 2010 and only recently submitted their medical.
If you know the person would you please let us know.

They applied post June 2010. To be accurate, they applied in April/May 2011.

Dear my ecas went to Inprocess on 16th Nov and adition line in ecas( reviewed and started processing on 11nov 2011)

NO MR till now....No Email/Post..waiting desprately for MR.

Hopefully both of US should get in this week itself.. as we both are sailing in the same boat..

i got PER on the 16th of november 2011. after 3 days my ecas showed in process. does it mean tht rbvo is skipped and after background n security checks i will recieve MR without further eligibilty review. plz let me know wht u think bout it.
