Need some advice.
I hav got my passport reissued with address change n addition of spouse name.
Do I hav to update new PP now to VO or wil send when ask 4 PPR?

Hi Rupesh.....don't lose hope. In my case my address would disappear and reappear without any changes. However after few days there would be some update/intimation from NDVO. Don't worry friend.....you will receive some good news shortly.

But you can see that there many applicant after me are getting medical (March, April) i'm happy for all them and i also congratulate them. but i want to say that why should not i ? is there any problem with my application or what ?

That is the point i worry

i don't care after medical they will take to much time for issuing visa, because if we receive medical then visa will definitely come. but at least i should receive medical.

(previously it had my Office address on there) and I have not requested to change my address

so now i m wondering what should i do. should i just wait, and one more thing I reside in Middle east, so PPR comes thru Email or by regular mail??

Its a mystery the way London VO works.
We had the same NOC, VO and applied same month. Its unbelievable that you are still waiting for MR.
