At VO stage, all the docs are reassessed to determine the 67 points based on the supporting documents provided on the file. Many a application have been rejected at VO stage when the docs were found unsatisfactory to VO.

Hi Jason, I got through by submitting a PCC older than 3 months. The situation was like this - I was living in Singapore for about 9 years but that was 6 years ago. Singapore have stopped issuing PCC to foreigners in October of 2010. So just before they stopped issuing them, i got one and kept it with me. So it was dated November 2010. I got my PCC request in March of 2011. So I submitted the Singapore PCC dated November 2010 with a cover letter stating that Singapore have stopped issuing PCC to foreigners from so and so date with a print out from their website and then gave a declaration that i have not visited Singapore since 2005.JasonBourne said:Mitali,Page 19 of EG7 says --
"If you are including your police certificates with your application to the CIO, please ensure that your certificates were not issued more than three months earlier. Police certificates are generally valid for 12 months from the date they are issued. However, if a final decision is not made on your application before the expiry of your police certificate, the visa office may request that you provide a new one."
It doesn't say anything about the timeline at VO.
Did any one here (At the VO stage -- especially ND VO applicants) submitted PCCs which were more than 3 months old and got through?
Plz respond.
