I would like to point out that, even if this proposed points allocation has been applied to the new "Come to Canada" tool, we would still have more than sufficient points to be eligible and yet it still shows us as not being eligible!

Under the proposed new points, we gain points on some categories such as language but lose on some such as age. In the end, although we end up with slightly fewer total points than under the system we applied under, we are still more than ten points over the pass mark ;D.
So whatever points system they are using on it, it is still pants and doesn't work properly !

Do have any idea that the impact of the current income has on evaluation with new tool?

Negatives are inevitable but I do think people who post them are wrong to do so. Just don't look at your negatives!!!

I have never posted a negative against anyone in my whole time here on canadavisa - I do not agree with giving people negatives just because I do not agree with what someone says.

As this is a public forum, I believe that part of the deal about participating is that you accept everyone has an opinion and a right to express it, even though it might not be the same as yours.

In the end we are all here to learn and share from each other's experiences. How can anyone post negatives about the people they are relying on for help? ???

yeah...even i never gave neg...except once by mistake and i told the person about it. I always give + to almost everyone. Anyway im enjoying it n hope they (the one whoz giving neg) are enoying too.

Waiting in this process is difficult, especially when there is no news for a long time, as in our case, but be strong - I am sure that everything is progressing with your case and you will receive positive news eventually.

On another matter, with regard to CAIPS
An Update.
My husband telephoned the offices that deal with CAIPS and was on hold for over 20 minutes and eventually had to put the telephone down because he was at work and his lunchtime was over.

He left a message and they did call him back - AT HALF PAST FOUR IN THE MORNING!!!!)
So my advice if chasing CAIPS requests is to leave your name, telephone number and your location, so that they understand what timezone they are calling!!

We ordered CAIPS at the start of June and they hadn't arrived within the 30 days they are supposed to, so that was why he telephoned. The good news is that they say that they posted them last Thursday, so they ought to arrive any day now. (Canadian post is quite slow across the country.)

I will update you all on the information so that other Aug/Sept/Oct London applicants who are being overtaken by February applicants in the med requests race can hopefully gain something positive from our notes.
That is assuming there is any useful information in there!
I am sure that there will be .

Dear doctorahmed,

I had the same situation. I send emails, but unfortunately nothing we can do until they decide to call and give their assessment of the application. In my e-cas appeared that they send me mail on 21 February but they send me respond instead on 24 May.
It is very hard waiting, but no other way except to wait.

I wish you good luck and be completed well in the end.
