and By the way what would be the last thing of processing?

By when could i expect to land??

Hi guys,

This post is particularly for reminding applicants in Australia.
If you find your eCas status has changed to Decision Made, your passport would probably be ready to pick up in their office from that day on. It does not seem that passport will be sent back via registered mail.

I did choose Registered Mail to receive my passport on the form but I have not received anything even a week after my status changed to Decision Made. Today I found my dying iPhone did not show the notification of new voicemail again!! The worse thing is, it did not show missed phone call either!! I think it is time to buy a new one. Anyway, the Canadian consulate left me a voice message last Friday, which is 7 days ago, telling me my passports would be ready to collect from Monday, the same day when my status changed.

Hopefully it is still not too late to pick up passport and fingers crossed my passport has a maple leaf on it when I see it.

A very big thank you for everyone's advice about my baby's passport.
Miraculously, someone I did not know helped to fast tracked it.
I was able to do the passport yesterday and I will pick it up in less than 2 weeks time.
That is about 6 months saved!
I am glad having you all in this forum. You are just like my real friends and family members.
I hope you all get your PR soon.

I applied under FSW2 with a Canadian job offer (arranged employment for those currently in Canada- Post Graduate Work Permit). I just got offered a great job/higher NOC that starts off with a one year contract with a possibility of renewal. I am wondering what the consequences of taking this job would have on my application since it was my current employer who gave me the offer of permanent employment.

In a weeks time, my application will be 1 year old :-(
I guess I am going to make a record of the longest post June 26 app, that is, only if they ever decide to look at my file (I sometimes feel they have forgotten about my file .....I feel terrible!
