I checked buffalo's website today. They have apparently installed a new computer system in all
their US offices and it's likely that this whole hibernation thing is a consequence of their system
upgrade. I'd assume that the immigration department is also affected by the system upgrade.
This is my speculation, though.

once the MI3 is coming in july and then post June applicant will also be in backlog.

coz MI3 applicant will get the preference.

If they backlog is high , why cic get new applicant ? if the noc is available from the backlog why don't they get the priority ?

I think its safe to say that a lot of London applicants have been waiting to hear of your visa as eagerly as you have been. You have finally opened the doors for the rest of us as well. Wayne, I hope you get your PPRs today or at least by the end of next week.

As for myself, my meds were received on the 7th of June and the other docs on the 9th. I'm hoping and praying with all my heart to hear something by the 10th of July. (I know it is less than 5 weeks but one can always hope!)

I just want to let you know that the Canadian embassy in Mexico city is checking my job references, I was told by an ex employee that they phoned him yesterday and I received a letter requesting more supporting documents, I have 30 days to submit them or otherwise my app will be canceled, I will let you know what happen........Rgds,

Hi Sam .... Well i was given 45 days to submit.... i had had the PCC from pakistan i just obtained from UK within 15 days and submitted it.
