You gotta wait String. Nothing else can be done for there will be something positive or negative. My gesture would go more close to an issued PER.

Always have a cheer and dont miss the fact that the list could be restated with the same occupations ;)

Congratulations.

Celebrate and not to worry about picture. There is no picture in Canada visa where as you will see one in US Visa.
