One thing that I am confused about is how come the ECAS status updates are made on weekends. Do the VO officers also work on weekends?

Another bad luck!!! :( as of june 15th total complete application received by CIO in NOC 3112 has reached 1000)
and my reapplication reached there on 9th june, do you think i will be within this Cap....my CC has not been encashed till now.
