Hello all
Cannot believe my eyes, it has arrived request for Passport from Paris VO. Received e-mail just 30 minutes ago.

Soooooooooooooooooooo excited, now we can finally start to get things in place. We intend to drop off passports on 21 June and pick them up on thursday afternoon. Leave for Canada 4 Sept 2011 8)

Just an update guys,

They received my medical today. It took them 8 days to finish and send my medical. Cost me around $630 (me and my spouse). I am glad that they send it through fedex, as we all know that canadian postal service is in strike.

Waiting for my FBI, after that another long wait for passport request.

I hope that more buffalo applicants received their medical request fast.

NOTE: It is specifically written in the medical request letter that the medical request should be sent to Ottawa, Canada and not to Buffalo Visa Office. Whereas Police certificates should be sent to Buffalo Visa Office.

We plan to move to South London, my husband knows the area, great schools and houses. So far there seems to be plenty of nursing jobs, but planning to take a break until after Christmas.

Maybe just me being paranoid, but I'm wondering if anyone else's address (from the US) in ecas is correct, but "formated" incorrectly.
Mine looks like this...

1234
Main ST.
City, State
U.S.A
123 45 (zip code)

It should read...

1234 Main St.
City, State 12345
USA

I didn't worry about it for a while, thinking it would probably deliver anyway...but last week decided to correct it via the ecas link. I've since read in this thread that I should email them directly for a prompt response. Does it matter anyway, as they use our supplied address labels which we included in initial application.

Any thoughts or advice?

Nothing to worry about brother. Have the same issue with my address, and I am getting mails from ND VO. Just chill.
