Wow, 2 London applicants have gone 'In Process', one of whom applied mid Jan 2011! I think my theory of them throwing all the files in the air and only going through the ones that land on the table may actually be true! I just can not figure out any sort of logic behind their processing, it doesn't follow 'first come, first serve', they don't focus on any particular NOC and now it has been proved beyond doubt that they do not give preferences based on country of origin or residence.

Anyway, ALL THE BEST to everyone from all VOs who are waiting for news. As for me, I hoped I would get the MRs yesterday and I'm still hoping to get them today. I want to get them today.

It's been at least 12 years since I was last this obsessed with my mail box!

Hi Anil/Indira,

Please update my following detail in spreadsheet

I have received Medical Request + RPRF + PPR + PCC.

Congratulations Bhavik.. its all done now.

My consultant had called me today, and said "ND VO has issued letters to a couple of his candidates asking to bear with them for the slow processing as they are short staffed and have only 2 visa officers as of now, and any thing further will work from June Mid".

Only 2 visa officers? Thats pathetic. Common Visa offices you guys charge a bomb to us for processing our applications. You can do better :o

Your Consultant must be giving excuses, 2 persons for whole V.O - not possible. Ask him to show the Letter from V.O.

regards.

2 visa officers??? I seriously doubt it....They have some 350+ staff at ND VO......It is not that they become under-staffed overnight....And why would ND VO bother to inform a consultant if at all they are under-staffed and how are they gonna process the applications??

I'm doubting your consultant and not you. ;)

HI Every one!

is there any one having case like mine?

I applied on 24th Jan 2011 on FSW 4152, having VO ND, but have not received any PER, AOR, acknowledgement, rejection (well! i dont want to include this word though) anything from them >:( but my bd was already encashed on 28th jan.

i can see since January most of the applicants are receving their PER around 1.5 months.

i made online enquiry today, asking what is happening on my application. and got asked to wait 20 more days to receive reply! >:(

can anyone say anything on my case! any suggestions or guideance or any pacification ::) wellcomed

:D I was waiting for university acceptance letters. :D That actually seems like a walk in the park in hind sight compared with how anxiously I'm waiting for the MRs now. I KNOW I'm going to be a classic case of OCD by the time I make my landing.

All here in their own right are classic cases, to one degree or another, of OCD !!!

I really doubt that there are only two visa officers available.
