He He He dear Wayne

There are so many topics / issues simultaneously going on...you got confused..... My issue is slightly different ..... this issue was from ska and harvin..... mine is related to OP6 + no. of IMM forms to be signed :D :D :P
BTW - I paid through BD....

Cheers, Anil

Yes Anil, i read op6 and it is very confusing that they mentioned that your signed and completed im0008 e gen is to be one of the documents putting in mind that there is no place for signing in this form called (( application for permenant residence )) and when you read the instruction guide, there is no clue mentioning that we should sign or date it. Bear in mind that OP 6 is intended to help officers not applicants. So we have to stick to the instruction guide or a huge complaint should be written if any other decision taken from their side rejecting an applicant for such non-signed document. I have had my BD enchashed already as you already have yours done. Let us see what comes in the next weeks :)

Hi Wayne ..... (& Moori)

Nope ...not the one that you referred...but the one moori is referring ....you have to open the pdf file OP6 ..... section 7.1.....1st bullet..... Now people have really started reading the documents / instruction guide (including me :o :P 8))

Cheers, Anil

Please help me out of this question...
.........................
Please let me know....
Thanks
Mayank

mayank bhaiyya....
Akhir hamae hi anaa padaa ..... minimum for sure you will get 20 and max. 22. Most of the applicants are in this range only...... So I can calculate for you ...... 20 (Edu.) + 16 (IELTS) + 21 (Exp.) + 10 (Age) + 0 (Emp.) + 4 (Spouse) .... that comes to 71 ....so even if you remove / decrease spouse points ... you will still make it with 20 points in Education...... other factor is ..... you should score 16 in IELTS..... Hope it helped.... All the Best

Cheers, Anil

Hi - yes as I explained to Anil it is a bit confusing, but I ask with a former visa officer on the British Expats forum and he said that it means only the forms which have a box for a signature (Schedule 1 Background Dec and also Additional Family Information) which have to be signed and dated.

Also fee payment form if you pay by credit card.

Wayne.

Somewhere between 1 hour and 12 months, the way it is currently looking!

But hopefully the first few AORs should arrive in the next week or two.

Best of luck with your application. Unfortunately the going crazy and all the "what ifs" don't go away after you mailed your application! I think they don't stop until you have your PC card ;)

Wayne.

Exhausted after reading all the new posts that came in overnight. Good to see so many comments after a quiet Sunday. Sorry to SKA and best wishes getting that package back to CIO. All I can say is the person who coined the expression, "It's not the destination, it's the JOURNEY that counts" could not possibly have had the immigration process in mind!!! Have a great week everyone!
