I'm not far behind either.....56 days in RBVO now....54 days since 2nd AOR (I beat u there !!!! - Not proud of it though )

I wonder where Dips1213, Destined and maggi.2minutes are? They are in a similar situation and haven't posted in a while......They were quite active at one point of time.....

65 days in "RBVO" status, 35 days since 2nd AOR, no change in e-CAS status and no MR, PPR and RPRF

Basically, no action at all :-X

Wayne, Indira, Amar, all senior members and all fellow forumers, I require your valuable suggestions.
Today I came to know about a disturbing development in my situation. I have to vacate my apartment within a month as the building where I stay will be going in for a major redevelopment and reconstruction project. My dilemma is that I am waiting for medicals from New Delhi visa office. If I receive medicals within next few days, well and good for me. But if the process is delayed, I have to inform the visa office about the change in address, but I still do not know my future residential address as I have to search for some temporary accommodation.Even my landline phone number will get changed.
As far as phone number is concerned, I have decided to apply for a wireless home phone and inform the VO about the change in phone number.My main concern is about the change in correspondence and residential address. Please guide me, considering my case, when to inform the VO about the same?
Can I give my brother's address as correspondence address? and how may it affect my case?, because major changes like this may attract some suspicions.
If I get a request for a fresh PCC, How do I obtain one, as I would not be having enough proof of my new residence.

I did not want to jump in straight away, maybe the seniors had a way out.

My two bits:

Redevelopment cases are by definition messy. You may have a months notice, but by experience on multiple counts this is bound to get delayed. (FSI clearances, price discussions, tenant negotiations, etc.) SO let's hope that's the case and you get your meds in that time.

Let's say it's all written in stone and a month's a month.

Then you should communicate your new address c/o your brother within a couple of weeks, give the med letter that much time. Then send a change of address to the CHC. Fax it to them as well, just in case. Agree with the members, visit your post office and develop a rapport with the concerned person ... it will go a long way.

PCCs should not be a problem IMHO, as long as you're in the same city.

Hello everybody

was away for some reason....my status has been change to RBVO from In-process after the enquiry about some document....explanation has been sent to them about 2 month bach but status is still RBVO...

Hope it ll remain same for the next 2 years ....cause that is most suited time for me to go there after availing govt pension....therefore havn't enquired about status change yet..

Wish you all for ur speedy visa....

I will have to delay it , :'( waiting is on the way and this Que is big.

My consultant told me not to take it .. I will have to delay it for a months time... :-X
