I am much worried about my ecas status. I received my PER on 1st March dated 28th February and secon AOR on 31st April. But till date my ecas status mention Received by Visa Office and in that it mentions

We received your application for permanent residence on November 24, 2010.

We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on February 28, 2011. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.

Is it possible?

AFAIK, there is no general pattern.

Just checked again, mine is still RBVO . I wish anyone can step forward and explain why those who applied months after us in the same London VO have since moved to In-process and have even gone ahead to do their medicals. Gives me headache when I think about this cos I just can't figure it out .

Actually, looking at the tracker once again, it is shocking how many London applicants have not yet gone to IN PROCESS who applied in 2010 and received PER before the end of January 2011.
Can this be true? Has everyone updated their details?
I am reading all these as RBVO with no further updates;

That's a heck of a lot, when quite a lot of people further down the line have already received their Meds Requests and PCC etc and in many cases had them and submitted everything.
Now I am starting to get anxious that they have lost our paperwork or something stupid like that, but with so many of us, surely that cannot be true.
If, as we hope and have assumed, our tracker is representative of the immigration situation as a whole, this indicates a chaotic approach to processing, especially affecting the earliest applicants since the changes in June 2010.
What is going on at London ????

There seems to be no rhyme or reason to the way they are processing at London. We are fortunate enough to have done medicals now, but a few applicants who applied several months after us got their med requests before us - and likewise some applicants who have applied before us have not even gone into process yet.

I do not know if they somehow order the applications by complexity and process the simplest first or something?

My deepest sympathies to those at London still waiting, I know how frustrating it must be. Fingers crossed we see some serious movement this week now VO are fully back from vacation!

I'm still RBVO and in danger of being banned from using ecas as I check it sooooo many times a day. Even on days like weekends and holidays when I know nothing will be updated. By the end of this process, I know I'm going to have an OCD!!!

You know what drives me crazy, to see this delay while some Nov '10 London VO applications got priority processing for no obvious reason.

I just received my new passport. And I have about 35 days to submit PCC to New Delhi VO.

If I apply tomorrow, when can I expect to get my PCC from local area SHO in Delhi?

Or will it be faster with Passport office in Delhi?

Got mine from Pune Commissioners Office in 2 days.

Need a thick skin and lots of time, patience and change.

Normal Time frames, 2 ~ 3 weeks.
