i think u need to apply as general practioner instead of gynecologist.thn u have to show ur duties as gp.if u show only gynecological duites thn urnt gp u r specialist.bt if u want to apply as specialist u need masters degree like ms/md even fcps isnt recognised there.if u show u r gp and job duities like that ur application will b accepted. if u want to apply as specilist u need masters degree o equivalent degree which is recognised by canada.its only my suggestion with respectdaud798 said:My application is also rejected with the the same "statement that 3111- obstetrician-gynecologist, Although this NOC Code corresponds to the occupations specified in the instructions identified by the Minister, you have not provided sufficient evidence that you performed the actions described in the lead statement for the occupation or that you performed a substantial number of the main duties as set out in the occupational description of the NOC, including all the essential duties"
I have just received this E mail. It is shocking News for me. I am associate Professor Obstetrics-Gynecology. Have about 17 years of experience. Have got a Fellow ship degree.
Can you or some body else help me on this forum , Can I apply again, and what should I write about my experience. What should I write about the "essential DUTIES"
Thanks
with respect I want to advice u show atleast 4 yr work exp as general practioner, take a ref letter frm ur institution icluding duties of gp and a contract letter showing duties as gp .u can see cio website the job duties of specialist and gp and choose accordingly/and write job duties those are shown in cio website bt in ur words .and try to avoid agent /lawyer as they ae not aware of the duties of specilist and gp.daud798 said:My application is also rejected with the the same "statement that 3111- obstetrician-gynecologist, Although this NOC Code corresponds to the occupations specified in the instructions identified by the Minister, you have not provided sufficient evidence that you performed the actions described in the lead statement for the occupation or that you performed a substantial number of the main duties as set out in the occupational description of the NOC, including all the essential duties"

I do not agree with you my dear friend. Why should he apply as a GP with 17 years of specialist experience and a fellowship as OBGYN?casayed said:i think u need to apply as general practioner instead of gynecologist.thn u have to show ur duties as gp.if u show only gynecological duites thn urnt gp u r specialist.bt if u want to apply as specialist u need masters degree like ms/md even fcps isnt recognised there.if u show u r gp and job duities like that ur application will b accepted. if u want to apply as specilist u need masters degree o equivalent degree which is recognised by canada.its only my suggestion with respect

i dont knw what post garduation degree she got.fcps is most respectful in our country bt fcps cant bring 25 point bt ms/md/phd can.gynecologist can b specialist by diploma/mcps/fcps/frcs. here u have to look two thing.is she proved her as spcialist if so thn duites must b like specialist, if she cant prove her specialistozonezone234 said:I do not agree with you my dear friend. And your suggestion that you need a masters degree to apply as a specialist is also misleading. What is a Masters degree compared to a fellowship? Not even close
On the other hand, what I think daud needs to do is reapply and redefine his job duties to be as close as possible to CIC's requirements. If I am wrong, someone else could please correct me
Yes it looks ok for me.moabbasi said:Is this VISA Target information is true & official?
