U should write all your travel history even if it has been for one single day. The departure and arrival dates, your destination and the purpose of the trip should be written in the form. You should also enclose the notarized copy of the respective pages of your new/old passport(s).

You need to notarize all the pages of the Passport (including blank ones).

actually i had notarized only biodata page. Till now they have not asked for notarized copy of other pages.

I need your valuable advice,

I have noticed that I left out the P.O. Box from the address when I couriered my PP and other document to ND VO

The address which I posted is as below , I missed to include PO Box 5209 in the address, (Blue Dart confirm's that it has delivered to the given address on March 18th)

Canadian High Commission
Immigration Section
7/8 Shantipath, Chanakyapuri
New Delhi 110 021
India.

I'm worried now whether it is delivered to the proper section in the ND VO as my DD is still not encahed, I'm thinking of sending a case specific enquiry to ND VO to know whether documents sent by me have been recieved by the immigration section and is under processing, please advice if this would help my case to get more clarity or do I need to wait to complete at least 45 working days (by May 6th) to send my query.

The letter was dated on 5/4/2011. It was sitting on my mailbox i guess.

Hi there!

For Damascus VO, there is a specific form in which applicants should write down the details of travels made in the past 10 years. For other VO's you should refer to each VO specific instructions.
