Try this if possible:

You can try & create the new email id with the same one that you've mentioned in your application form.

If it is already allocated to someone, then send him an email & request for the info (if he/she received any PER accidentally).

Also intimate the CIC to update your email id as I mentioned previously.

Yes, we just received both the passports .. Mine along with Indian PCC for me and Prab's brand new passport. We are planning to apply for his PCC by Wednesday, so we will receive it by Friday and send it to VO before end of next week.

I would like to confirm with others who sent Indian PCCs, My PCC is too simple for that matter, it just has a couple of sentences stating they hold no adverse record in my name and my passport number. Not even our address is mentioned. But it is in the original letterhead of the passport office.

received a letter from VO new delhi today stating that we have received ur file from CIO and also they have sent receipt of the fees $1100.
shall i consider this as my 2nd AOR.

I had sent my RPRF and PPR to visa office yesterday. The same has being received by them today i.e. 23.04.11. I had placed a request to visa office for extension to submit my daughter's passport.

We just received Prab's renewed passport, the delay was due to the 3 national holidays this week and the last.

That's true India PCC is simple plain letter with 5x lines. What is that original letterhead?

Yes, it has our national emblem(color) on the top, contact details of the passport office, and original seal of the passport office.

Just received request for medical furtherance examination today. Don't know what does that mean? have to go to DMP with sealed envelope from VO.

Oops, i wish this was a minor thing, that the VO wanted to reconfirm. BTW, did your DMP confirm everything was OK with your reports earlier when you completed the medicals?
