iIwas got my 2 AOR latter on 21/04/2011 with the date printed on latter 14/04/2011

Yes, i got the application fee receipt with my AOR later.

Address is printed in my AOR

One thing i want to inform you that, i was check my e-cas status on 15/04/2011, is show my address but only that particulate date, after that date i don't find my address in my e-cas status. so as per my assumption whenever they ready for sending our AOR they ask for changing our address in e-cas status if we need. So after then they send our AOR on that particular address. because many our friends are facing that types of situation.

So if you find any time your address in your e-cas status, may be your AOR was issued before that.
this is just my assumption as per my experience.

it is true coz my address showed on 13th april but was without the city name, i informed VO about the same and now i see the date stamped on the envelop is 15/04/11 where as in letter it is 13/04/11.

i have already filled out that form and i have sent it, since it is only 30 days have passed from my application they wont reply me, ( they mentioned they wouldn't reply to applications earlier than 6 weeks from their process) i think to call them and tell them the story, do you know the right number?

Try this if possible:

You can try & create the new email id with the same one that you've mentioned in your application form.

If it is already allocated to someone, then send him an email & request for the info (if he/she received any PER accidentally).

Also intimate the CIC to update your email id as I mentioned previously.

Yes, we just received both the passports .. Mine along with Indian PCC for me and Prab's brand new passport. We are planning to apply for his PCC by Wednesday, so we will receive it by Friday and send it to VO before end of next week.

I would like to confirm with others who sent Indian PCCs, My PCC is too simple for that matter, it just has a couple of sentences stating they hold no adverse record in my name and my passport number. Not even our address is mentioned. But it is in the original letterhead of the passport office.

One thing i know ..it that e-cas change shows to us after 2 days when they do something with our application.

If i am not wrong then ...VO must have done something with my application on 21 April...May be i will get 2nd AOR dated 21 april....Let see...how this logic works or not ?
