Would appreciate if someone can help me.
today i fond out that i have typed my email address in the application form WRONG, what can i do nowwwwwwwwwww? is there any phone number to contact in order to correct my email address? or should i sent them emails? help me pleaseeee

Hello admin please update both the tracker

Our medical test is done today i.e. on 23-Apr-2011

Medical reports will be prepared by next week Wed and ready to send. They suggested me to send PPR/RPRF/PCC on next weekend.

in addition to list A , there is additional information list , is that also required to be filled and sent with the application or not ? i mean travel history and army questioner .
i didn't since all of this info. were in the CIO application !

Hello to everyone

Would appreciate if someone can help me regarding the medical.

1) The UCI number on Section A of Medical Report for the Principal Applicant is the same as was mentioned on PER received from CIO but for spouse and child is different. All three numbers are different. Is is normal or it is an error.
2) 5 photos asked for medical +negative of a black and white photo we submitted with our application? Please explain this as we submitted color photographs which were digital without any negative. Now we should get color photos or black and white. Please help with these.

1. Its true UCI for other family members will be different same in my case also so don't panic
2. Its ok to submit digital colored photographs but take it 6 'coz in our case whey asked 6x photos

I'm afraid I believe you were supposed to fill out and send all the VO specific forms as instructed by CIO and VO.Moreover,as far as I can remember travel history and military service forms were only among VO forms, although when declaring your background in CIO forms,you have mentioned the duration spent in the army. But have you also included the details about your travel history in CIO forms? I don't think so. However, I know of a Damascus applicant who had forgotten to enclose the military service form and still passed the eligibility review and was later asked by Damascus to send the missing forms. I hope the same will happen to you and you safely pass through the assessments.

thank you katy for this information , so i will fill it and wait until they will ask for it. , should i write all travels even if that was for a few days or the ones with residency more than 6 months only ?

shall i consider this as my 2nd AOR.

Dear Indira and Anil & all New Delhi Vo applicant who received 2nd AOR / MR from New delhi VO ..
Does VO is using the addressed labels which we provided to them for sending 2nd AOR / Medical Request ?
As our 9th april RBVO group is getting 2nd AOR dated 14 april..but i am still waiting for it..
As in my e-cas i found in my address my district place is not there..but PinCOde is there...But in my PER email my district name is there..
Do you think that i need to inform them about it ?
