Mine took only one month last time... so maybe it will be faster... Sad thing is, the FBI PCC looks so stupid. A white sheet of regular paper, it doesn't even look official...

But it has almost invisible dots that say "unauthorised copy" which you can see clearly on any copy of the original. So the security features are definitely there.

Guys , specialy Cairo VO applicants, do you receive an Email [rather than PER] before 2nd AOR or only you will get 2ndAOR through regular snail mail without any notification by Email??

Hi - the forum doesn't allow you to use the PM system until you have posted a certain number of messages.

I have no idea exactly how many that is - maybe 20 or so?

Received my 2nd AOR..dated April 13, 2011..

Just received our PER on April 18.

I got my 2nd AOR .. ND Visa office send the letter on 22nd of March ant it took almost a month to reach me ( i received today).. I live in Canada..please update my status ..thanks ( Dec 8th 2010 is my Payment receipt date)
