Please don't post the same message again and again. Wait for a day and if no one replies by then only post it again.

It means you cleared the first stage and they sent you a PER mail. It must have landed in your junk folder. Send a case specific query and ask them to send you your PER mail again. Now, your file will be transferred to your VO and they will take it from there.

Can't help but think, should i have sent the GT IELTS results, i might be waiting for my visa already..

Nonetheless, i don't mind already,as long as i get approved..:)
