Hi guys,

Just had a couple of queries... if anyone can help me since i dint make the list for NOC 1122 in 2010 .. keeping all my papers ready in case the same appears in June 2011

1. If a particular NOC has reached its cap have a few people been kept on standby ... just as a reserve if someone fails at a later stage?
2. The 20,000 figure that CIC has mentioned is just about half way and we have only 3 months left till the new list is out ... what happens to the difference?

New delhi VO is really fast and I donot know how berlin works.I gor PER by emailon 21st march.
In general Europeans are neither too fast nor too slow.
Is there any body who can really help solve my curiousity

Secondly I have worked here also in Germany.I have provided job description of that also.
But my indian job eperience matches with the NOC duties.So what will Visaoffice do.
Will berlin visaoffice call my Indian company contacts to know my job duties.

Please pour in your experiences

Please update more information please. I just check my status it saying VO received my application.

Another week draws to a close and many people have reasons to celebrate. Many are disappointed by the lack of progress but good things come to those who wait. Thankfully not many have been refused or rejected.

Hey guys, if you are genuinely interested in mailing the minister to try n wake up the sleeping giants, then please send me a PM and I shall start to draft a letter. I'll start as soon as I get 7 PMs to make sure this isn't a bonehead idea and that I'm not putting my foot in my mouth.

Cam, I hope you can help me out with this by adding anything I miss or correcting me if I misrepresent anything :-\. I could post the email here for everyone to have a look at and if it's all clear we can send it out to represent applicants from all dormant VOs. ;D

I shall make sure that the letter is respectful and simply state our issues WITHOUT it being a rant! 8)
