Hi Anil,

I have received a snail mail from Canada embassy, New Delhi and the date mentioned on that is March 22nd 2011. The brief contents in the letter:
a) My Application Number ( same as PER email ): Starts with E00
b) UCI Number ( same as PER email )
c) Processing time: This VO takes almost 10 months time and if I don't get update with in 6 months we can reach kind of info.
d)Interview: It may required to attend interview.
e) Prepare your self to immigrate to Canada
f) Let us know: If any changes in address or email id
g) Payment receipt barcode of initial DD.

Just received Medical Instructions from the Cairo Embassy Today with the RPRF this afternoon. The process was fairly quick. I wish you all the best in achieving your goals

I have recieved mine on the 8th of march and had my medicals done a week ago. Can you post the letter sent to you and I am just wondering if they aksed you for the application IMM8 to submit ??

Please provide the required police certificate within 60 ( sixty) days of the date of this message.

Any Arabic original documents submitted must be accompanied by English or French translation.

How ever, I don't know how can I obtain this police certificate from Nigeria ...
I am also expecting a baby after a month ... Help me please with this issue

Dear Magdy,

First of all congratulations for the medical request.Cairo VO is working fast on the contrary to previous expierence As per your police clearance, You should be able to collect the nigerian police clearance either by travelling there to get it done or by contacting the nigerian embassy in cairo to ask them about the steps of getting it through them. Most probably you will need to do the egyptian police clearance, getting it stamped by ministry of foriegn affairs in egypt then submit it with a request letter signed by you asking for the police clearance on you for the period that you have stayed in that country. Maybe they will ask for photos too

My application status shows Received_by Visa Office

When i click on that i am getting

We received your application for permanent residence on December 6, 2010.

We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on Feb 25, 2011. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.

My visa office is Newdelhi , But i am not seeing any visa office details in the status ?
