Congrats Aakash! Did u select the mode of communication as postal mail?

I thought VO sends AOR in email if we select email communication in the application form. Please let me know... i need to inform my security guards at home regarding postal mails :)

SamDhaka, i do not recall any option in the application forms where i could choose the media of communication!!! Was there any at all? I did give them my postal mailing, phone number and Email address as part of the questions needed to be answered. But, i am not sure why they have sent me through postal mail and while some friends got e-mail.

I was so happy to see the postal mails first thinking i might have got the PCC and MR request !!! :'(

Oh well! at least some development!! :)

Thanks,

Aakash

Welcome to our group :). I added you to the tracker, please have a look and provide the missing details. The next step for you is to wait for the ECAS to change to Received by Visa Office.

Thanks,

Indira Prabhakaran.

Singapore VO is sending the 2nd AOR through snail mail. I have also received mine on 1st march to my home address (Dhaka, Gulshan Postal Area).

I think you should inform your guard ASAP. Its a white envelope.

Friends,

Today i received a postal mail from Singapore CHC. Looks like a 2nd AOR. It says that they will do the final determination of the application like all other Singapore applicants have received so far. Also, it has given me a new file number which cannot be tracked on E-CAS system now. However, i can still track with my CIO file number and it shows "RBVO".

It also says that, if the application is eligible for processing, then they will begin it on a priority basis.

No instruction on PCC or MR at all.

Thanks,

Aakash

Congrats Aakash bhai. Wish you all the best.

Our thread represents around 2.5% of the total FSW applications for 2010-2011.

So basically any given number multiply by around 40 to get the true picture. If London sent out 2 medical requests to members of our thread, one might expect that they have sent out around 80 total so far.

Wayne.

Even if we are only 2.5% of total applications - however, one must see, statistically we represent the entire cohort of all applicants. We may have a few odd folks not updating us of their status resulting in our data getting skewed at this end - but however, we seem to be fitting well in the general trend and represent all and let forum members predict whats coming next.

My application reached CIO on 24th jan and my dd is still not encashed. What could be the worst case scenerio.

I have moved the passport request date and visa received dates next to the others on the tracker (and amended the VO Summary to match).

Then all the 5 important dates (PER, 2nd AOR, Med requests, PPR and Visa Received) are next to each other and easily readable being more to the left on the spreadsheet.

Wayne.

Eagerly Waiting for PER news from FEB. applicant in this week.
;) ;) ;)

Nevertheless, not enough reason to assume any form of bias!
I should have been screaming bias from this end if this was the case.
