Breaking News !
Dear all,

CHC London will not be asking for 'Immigrant Summary and Supplemental Information Form' anymore.

This form will be deleted from CHC London official website by anytime now onwards.

It will decrease the processing time of some SAP FSW CHC London applicants for about 4-6 months.

This is the real time correct information but it is subject to change anytime.

Post june applicants have already sent travel history to CIO. So I don't think it really concerns us even if Nectar is to be believed.

Nectar is really annoying me, to be honest.

Telling post-June-26 applicants that their applications won't even be looked at by CHC London until October 2011 onwards, then blatently refusing to state where this information came from.

IMO it is pretty mean scare-mongering and all it is achieving is to worry the applicants, without any way of being sure if what he is saying is true or not.

It is already very frustrating for London applicants (along with Damascus/Buffalo etc) to watch applicants whose applications arrived several months after yours already with medical requests, whilst you haven't even got any info on when you might possibly get a 2nd AOR yet.

Hi - no regrettably it seems Buffalo are in the same place as London and Damascus and some other visa offices, utter silence

And also you cannot change your visa office without good reason. Most people will not be able to change their visa office at all. Your visa office has to be that which serves your country of residence, or your country of origin. So the only way I can see them letting you change it is if your country of residence differed from your country of origin, and you believe you can good reason to switch from one to the other.

Hi, you are around the 2nd AOR stage where your visa office starts processing your application for background/security checks and medicals:-

We received your application for permanent residence on September -- 2010.
This is the date your application was received by CIO, Sydney, NS

We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on December---. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.
This is the date of your PER (confirmation of positive eligibility review) from CIO, Sydney, NS

Your application was reviewed and we started processing on ---
This is the date where the visa office start processing your application. You should expect a 2nd AOR soon, with medical requests hopefully to follow a few weeks after that if everything is in order.

Please let us know when you receive correspondence from your visa office so we can update the spreadsheet - it is always nice to see a new visa office becoming "active"!!

as for the spreadsheet i seriously cant access from china, unless i have VPN access..
anyhow, if you could can u print screen the status of other people on the forum, dunno im so caught up with work, but would like to know when i can make the move forward to canada!

I have five documents to be submitted.
1) Medicals.
2) RPRF.
3)Proof of travel history for myself and Spouse.( Blank form has been sent by them).
4)PCC .( as i had not submitted earlier.)
5) PPR.

IMO 2nd AOR should be issued within a few days - but may take several days to a few weeks to get to you depending if its sent by email or snail mail and the postal system in your own country.

Medical requests should follow a few weeks after that if all is in order and your case is straightforward.

After you send medicals back, CIC have to finish all their security checks etc so you might expect to receive your passport requests 2 to 3 months after you do your medicals. Visa issue is usually done within a few weeks of passports being sent back.

A few visa offices like New Delhi have a slightly different system - where passports are sent at the same time as medicals.

But it all seems very visa-office centric at this stage. My best guess is you might get your visa around July.

Can you really change your Visa office to your country of Origin? Really. I will change mine to India on a heartbeat.

This guy Nectar is not replying to several of your queries to him about his source of info but the way he is writing shows that most likely he has someone on the inside. I think this is true as he is not selling anything unlike the lawyers with vested interests who were peddling thier stuff here. So he has little to gain by spouting nonsense.
