I received 2nd AOR today.

Unfortunately I don't have the date on the AOR since it went to my native place & I just got the information from my brother ast my native place stating the content but he did not care for the date on the letter.He will update me with the date by tomorrow & I will let the admins know ASAP....

Any early London applicants had ECAS status change with the "We started reviewing your application" line like linkrink's? i.e.:

immigrantapplicant

Guys please check your ECAS if you haven't check lately

It would be very handy if the above "early" London applicants could re-check their ECAS status (especially asaif!) and confirm whether or not the extra "We started processing.." line which linkrink got has been added?

I have sent a case specific Inquiry one times but did not get any response from them.Shall I keep quiet still or do send an Inquiry again.
CIC Canada(based on my Inquiry) is advising me they will contact me as soon as they receive my files but they received and still no response.
Confusing to me.

Send a case-specific query via your visa office's website, specifying the immigration file number and UCI provided in your PER from CIO. If they have not had the paper file yet they should still be able to make a note.

What is the proceedure to pay RPRF (Right of Permenant Residence Fees?). should the DD be in the name of 'Receiver General for Canada' itself?

I have not reached to this stage for paying this fees.. still it is my doubt..please share..

Nope ECAS status is same with default two lines, i.e. we received your application on ----August, we reviewed your application and send you a letter on ---December.
