I am in office right now and the letter I received is back at home so cant write the details but it has the standard stuff of living in Canada, processing time at VO, receipt of payment and the file number etc.

Hi congrats those who got their PER and 2nd AOR
If CIC issue PER in the same rate then upcoming applications won't have to wait much time (>100)

As per our tracker ..

When I move last issued PER ROW top then I don't have scroll down to see the list to end at 1080p resolution, that means the White color row will go off soon and everybody will have atleast PER (except few in between)

Actually I just started checking my ecas status couple of weeks back and since then it is showing as in process.
