Applications after 26/6 in any NOC CONNECT HERE TO GET THE STATUS

OK guys..

Here's my issue...i still haven't received a PER/NER. My application was delivered to CIO on 14th October, 2010. I have sent an email to CIO on 14th February to find out my status....still no reply from them....I am really concerned now....i reviewed my complete application that I had sent to CIO to find something that might be the reason that my file is coming back....but couldnt find anything...

Second part of my issue !!

I had previously applied for FSW in Feb 2008 and I have not withdrawn that application (after consulting a few people). Do you think that could have anything to do with it??? the status on ecas is a follows (for my previous application):

when I click the first one it says:
We received your application for permanent residence on November 16, 2010.

when I click the other one it says:

We started processing your application on February 25, 2008.

We transferred your application to the London England office on January 27, 2011. The London England office may contact you.

Any ideas???

by the way my BD encashed on 10/11/10.....

proposed landing destination: Vancouver, BC

First i think you should evaluate your chances to win the per from which application
then you can contact London VO specialy if you have any change from your details sent in your older application 2008
and if you noticed the tracker, Nov applicants are receivng per, upto 15 nov so you recent 2010 application PER is almost in your inbox so I suggest to wait for a week or so , CIO will reply with a PER not an answer for the inquiry

Well it not problem & rule that you need to withdraw old file before sending New one. I want to know that from which file number you are able to log in e-cas ? If its old then still it shows to your e-cas that they got We received your application for permanent residence on November 16, 2010.. So i do not think it is worry. You will get your PER/AOR for new one in 120 days as per CIC. As nov. 2010 applicant are already getting PER. So keep your eyes on your email ( spam also).

i know you have lost yourself now in joy so dont forget to anaesthetize your patient's tooth before pulling it out ;D

Thanks for your input.....i used my old file number (Bxxxxxxxx). I chk my inbox and spam like...50 times a day The thing is that Nov applicant are getting PER's and my application was mid Oct....I shldve received a PER or NER by now???

My old application is fine as well....just will take more time...my new one has the same info as old one...just with updated work experience which made me eligible to apply...

Still am confused !!! I just hope I hear some good news soon !!!!
