1. IP1, IP2 are completely meaningless, they don't exist. Your application is pending background check.
2. Trust your tracker - your eligibility is marked completed or recommended pass. A final review will be done before issuing your a PPR/RFV or a portal email.
3. No issues in calling them. Just that it is meaningless to hog up resources that others in need could take help from - status updates are a waste of everyone's time. But people with genuine concerns can't reach IRCC because of resource hogging. It is a Canadian way to living to be considerate of others.

This is untrue. Your eligibility will never be marked completed on GCKey unless you are virtually landed or get your stamped CoPR. Technical definition of eligibility in GCKey is when you get A11.2 passed + get passports stamped/virtually landed. The agent would provide a decent picture of your current status, but expect them to be fuzzy on the details of what will happen in GCKey. GCKey is a legacy software and was never supposed to reflect such faster application processing times and was designed to support the old 8-12 months worth of processing time.

This clarifies why both tracker and GCKey aren't in sync.. Was bit puzzled as Eligibility was not getting updated in GCKey. Given background check is in progress, I would rather wait to have the status updated in tracker.

I'm trying to create an account since 25th June. But unable to. I hope someone can address these doubts-
1) Which browser are you guys using while creating the account?
2) I have an account created by my company's hired consultancy who processed my work visa but under it I cannot view PR application details.
3) also that work permit details sign in is happening only on my phone amd not on the laptop? Any idea why?
4) Do I need to still create a second account for PR application?

For #2: what account? Application status tracker account. I have taken the credentials and I can see all the work permit details (when I login from phone, in laptop it does not open and gives password error lol) but no PR application details. Also UCI is same so I was assuming that account should have PR applocations details too.
Question: Is PR tracker account different from Application Status Tracker?

I submitted my CEC PR application on May 15, 2024 and got my biometrics request on July 9, 2024 which was done on July 10, 2024. I tried creating an account https://ircc-tracker-suivi.apps.cic.gc.ca/en/register to check the latest status but while registering I got an error message, "Incorrect or invalid information. Review and make sure it matches the information submitted on your application. If you can’t create an account, it may be because your application is not in our system yet." I gave the correct UCI and application number and received AOR the same day I submitted my application. Has anyone faced a similar issue and what could be the possible reason of this error? Any suggestions on how can I create account to track my application?

Any help would be appreciated!!!

Interesting! I see all forms received in GCKey since when I first made my registration in Express Entry until last status (Biometrics) Item #2 below, but I have no idea what Item 0 means.

I have submitted several web forms under technical issue but always get a template response.
