Can you create your own login to check application status? Though the file is submitted by lawyer. Will it create any issue if a seperate login created?
The "Incorrect or invalid information.." error occurs when tracker unable to find your application. This happens either due to incorrect information or your application is not yet entered into Application Tracker system. Consider check these two posts.
