the google spreadsheet shows no medical calls were ever received to the refused/ unsuccessful candidates. is it true they dont send refusals once you're done with your medical?

Unless the student have any serious medical problem. The chances are almost 100%

previous qualification ICOM....I showed 25000 CAD required 18000 CAD with property document 11 crore.....see my financian but refusal please don't apply in any college.

ur academics are weak brother. do bachelor form here in Pakistan and then apply for canada in any uni.

Please someone tell me about uni where gmat not required for mangmnt courses. I found Memorial uni and Waterloo uni but both have sessions for next sept now. I want it for Jan 2013.

Most universities in Canada only offer admission to international students in the fall session, so it would be really difficult to find one

Medical calls are sent to you after the preliminary checks for document completion, funds and source of income, home ties etc. When they don't find any bug in your case they ask you for medical. your medical call shows that your file is complete. When they receive your medical after that (I think) the VO will see your file in detail and issue you visa if your medical is all right and if you don't have any loopholes in your case.

I have heard of many different stories regarding this pre medical and post medical VO actions.
Some say background check is after medical, some say before medical.
Some say that they verify documents before medical some say after.
Logically speaking it is seen that after medical the VO has the following things to do

1. Wait for the medical results.
2. Make a decision on the visa (as documents have been verified)
3. Issuing visa and completing all the paper work for that... I mean they must have a process that would take time in granting visa after VO is satisfied.

But in my own thinking....
VO's dont call for medical even if they find a little bit of ambiguity that they like to clear. As you have seen that rejections for university students come in 2 weeks, but there medical call can take more than a month or two....

I have B.S Degree in Bio-Medical from SSUET. After that I have got 12 years experience, in which almost 8 years of experience is in HR. That's why I applied in this course, otherwise, I would have opted for MBA (with GMAT) or Masters in Bio-Medical.

Inam bahi aese na kaho agr preliminary checks me mere 108 din lag gaye hain to phir detail se dakhney me to 3-4 saal laga e den gay. I think everything is finalized before medical they send medical call and if medical is Ok they grant visa without going to the details of file.

I have seen only one case on this forum who is refused after medical on non medical ground, he submitted again and got visa within a month because medical is valid for one year, I think medical is issued to the person who's file is complete and validated by VO, but it is my opinion and actually we are not sure that how VO work...
