Application Status - CHC Islamabad "Summer"

Hay Guys:
I just searched your forum, and its wonderful
I have applied in Thompson Rivers University, Kamloops, British Columbia in PGD on 6th of June
and today Alhamduillah i got my medical.
As i lived in U.K as student , so with medical they also requested for U.K. Police certificate.

That's good ....

But in U.K Metropolitan police there was caution on me which they imposed as a theft,
But in reality i was using my Landlord's credit card for grocerry, and it was with his permission, but U.K police still imposed caution on my record in 2007 as a theft..So i will now request for certificate from U.K and in that certificate that caution may be appear and i guess its negative for Canadian visa..

I can explain the situation, but CHC will only focus on Police record, they will not consider my situation....but caution is really a serious problem..!

You can't escape it or nor you can change it but u can explain it so take a chance...

I provided police certificate from lahore (original) with my application. i am from lahore. but my place of birth is of isb. but i moved from isb to lhr when i was 6 months old
since then i am living in lahore

No problem u are good .. U have to provide police certificate from 18 years and afterwards...

That caution appeared on 10th of July 2007 (Exactly 5 years and 11 days before)
i search from the U.K. Police guidlines at

just write www before link..

and i came to conclusion that my caution (Theft of credit card) in under category B or C. Which means caution ''step down'' after 5 years..
this is as per my study of guidline, but if any one of you read it and advise me that now its just over 5 years so caution will appear on certificate ..
Just do CTR+F to search caution and then CTR+F for theft (for category purposes)

I want to discuss my 'Craving' of getting visa with you guys.
Initially, since 2011 i visited almost every consultant of Lahore. From renowned till un-reputed.
Almost every one gave me different options of courses and univ/colleges for Canada.
I am ACCA qualified with Bsc in accounting from U.K., but those cheater consultant advised me to get admission in colleges for diplomas or for B.com.
I told them wtf, i am highly qualified then why i should go for bachelors again..!
They said in universities u can't get admission and processing time is lengthy ( to generate LOA).
I was not satisfied with them i searched by my own and worked hard. visited websites and i chose TRU for PGD. i applied by my self got admission and then i applied visa even by my self and now i am happy that i did't hurry to got admission in colleges to waist my time and future.
Moral is that 'Stay away from consultants and try yourself, you have more potential and knowledge as compare to consultants'

You are right this is not a rocket science, one can easily manage it..
