I suggest to figure out what's the really reason for rejection,

because the mail you received from CIC obviously wrong .

some real reason left. or they made mistake.

if you don't know the real reason. how to apply again.

and btw, the result you posted is IELTS result not other test result. you sure this , right ?

Perhaps the VO sent you an email saying he/she re-assigned your NOC to 4154 or some other NOC A, and somehow you missed it? GCMS notes would have a record of that, if it had happened..

No. I looked at all my spams, but the letter was the first contact from CIC. Yes, I'm looking forward to GCMS which I requested yesterday.

Good, let's figure out where is wrong firstly.

and you still have a dozen of chances to apply PR ,

So don't worry , everything will be fine. the God just testing people sometimes.

VO will never assess an application against NOC code which is not in the application. At least I never heard about something like this. Usualy if the duties doesn't match the NOC, than VO rejects the application.

We've seen a few refusal letters that say 'for these reasons I believe the job you claimed as NOC xxxx is actually NOC yyyy' or words to that effect. Usually this knocks the work experience down to a skill level that isn't eligible for CEC (or into one of the six ineligible NOC B occupations) and the application is then refused on that basis.

It's plausible that the VO could knock the work experience 'up' to a skill level where the applicant's language results are no longer good enough.

In any case I'd expect this decision to have been noted in the letter. Guess you can only wait for GCMS notes to arrive...

Just wanted to share my experience. I was rejected but it was VO's mistake and I send them an email to review their decision. Luckily, they accepted my request and sent me medical. I also contacted my local MP to help me in this and he did.

So be hopeful. Re-apply is not the only solution. You have a chance to re-open your file.

Send the email to your VO and copy to following email address:

case-review-im-enquiry @ cic.gc.ca

If you need more information, go through my previous post. You will find the reason of rejection and how it was resolved.

Ah I remember this case. So later they indeed counted your work experience after graduation under OCWP? I guess the VO didn't keep up with their own rule change, huh?

Yeah it looks like re-opening the file is doable. Definitely doesn't hurt to try to request it, but for sure they won't apologize for their mistake..

Thank you so much for sharing your experience!!! Yes, I'll copy my email to case-review-im-enquiry @ cic.gc.ca.
Could you(or anyone) let me know how I can contact my local MP, please? Do I just send email to my local mp by searching my postal code?

Go here: http://www.parl.gc.ca/Parlinfo/Compilations/HouseofCommons/MemberByPostalCode.aspx?Menu=HOC. Put your postal code and search for your local MP. Call them up directly and set up an appointment.

Yes they did. That was lucky one for me.

Appointment is always better. However, Email worked for me. I was busy to preparing second file and could not take off from the office. It took me almost a month.

Hi,

I applied for PR last September, and I got an email in August which says that my application has been refused because I did not obtain the required language score (WHICH IS NOT TRUE!!!).

The email says that I am required to have CLBs of at least 7 for NOC 0 or A occupations. But, the point is that I applied with NOC B occupation!!

For the recent two weeks, I sent email three times which explains my NOC category and asks for reviewing my file again, but no response yet.

I'm totally panic now. If there is anyone who has a similar experience with me, could you share it, please? In addition, could you guys give me some advice what I should do?

Thank you so much.

Sorry to hear about that..
What NOC Code did you apply under? Was it 4127 or 4154?
What duties did you list in your application?
Can you share your Reference Letter (given by your employer) that you sent to CIC?
