Mine is Medical Received. It hasn't changed to In Process, but I hope soon. Did they receive your medical? I think you will get PPR once they update your medical!

Your status shows "application received"??

They did not say they are processing your file?

They received my medical on May 23rd, 2012, But not update online yet

One friend did the medical with me on the same day, at same clinic, and he got PPR today. But he is under CEC program.

Hope we will hear something soon!

It says application received too, but that was from long time ago. And the next line is medical results received.

Yeah, I heard CEC is fast, i think they have more officers working assigned on the cases. But I really think it's a matter of time now, since we are getting very close. I am not in a rush, but just want to get this done so that I can focus more on my career.

Btw, Do you know which office sent ppr to your friend?

I do not know which office ask the ppr. she does not know either. she just gave her passport to her immigration consultant..

Medical done in November 2011

Hi

I'm a bit confused... I'm done with medical last november 2011 but until now I have'nt received any news or update about my application which I submitted in Buffalo, also I never received an email if they will transfer my file or what...

What's the best thing to do? I tried to email them when I've learned that they're office will be closing down but never receive a reply...

Hey everyone,

E-cas updated today to Decision Made...it has been more than 15 business days since I have sent my passport in but I guess with Buffalo closing it probably extended the time required for issuing the COPR.

Hi everyone,

I received my passport back from Buffalo on Friday and went to the Peace Arch border crossing in BC on Saturday. It was a pretty smooth procedure. I parked my car on the Canadian side and walked to the American side to flag pole. When I walked back to the Canadian side I was informed that their immigration system was down and I would be unable to do my landing anywhere in Canada until it was back up! I opted to wait in their lobby for a while since I didnt want to have to wait in the border lineup again.

After about 10 minutes they decided to start doing my paperwork manually and would enter it into the system when it came back online. I gave them my paperwork and waited another 10 minutes or so until I was called back up to be asked to verify the information on the COPR was correct. They then had me sign the papers and that was it!

I have found this forum incredibly helpful! Feel free to ask me any questions you might have...I will continue to periodically check this forum. Good luck to all of you!

Medical results have been received.

CIC call centre staff told me when you see this, normally it will take 2 or 3 months, then, you will get passport request,

they said they do not have rights to answer application status procedure enquiry, so, that answer is not authority...

Good to know Mine has been shown for a month, so hopefully will hear something soon.

Nope, nothing yet. It doesn’t seem a lot going on these days. I don’t know if they are overwhelmed with all the applications from Buffalo. My ecas is still medical received, not even in process yet. One of my friends got ppr on Tuesday, she applied on Nov 17.
