Application Package and 3-hole punch folder

Is it OK if I put the citizenship application supporting documents (not main application papers) in a 3-hole punch folder? will punching the papers disqualify my application? the reason to do that is to have an organized package ...

It wont affect your application as far as the holes do not affect the content of the documents.

Better to not take chance, just use a regular paper clip.

I sent my RQ punched and tied with thread. You will not find a file, folder or clip big enough to hold that many documents. I did not use three punch holes. Only to the left corner.

I had 1000s of pages. If it is just initial application then there are lot of file and folder good enough. Please go to dollar store.

Use this kind of paper clip (big one) and you can fold it as well so that it leans straight along with the application.

appreciate the responses ... sounds safer not to punch the papers ...

For my residency application, I punched holes in everything and tied it together using ribbon. All went fine. (Of course I made sure the holes did not omit any information.)
