If you have PT already, why do you want to delete your profile?

I want to wait for another PNP from my province, and an ECA from my diploma.

Recently I was able to upgrade my score to 456 from 399. I was expecting to get PT notification soon. But it has been 2 weeks now and I am still looking for PT notification. I am mechanical engineer. Is my NOC causing such delay?
Further, if I get PT notification, should I go ahead with that or wait for next draw to be invited in the pool directly?

With a score of 456 you will get a direct ITA in one of the next two draws. No need for a PNP nomination.

Make your application quickly if you have CAD1500. 436 may not receive ITA soon from EE pool, so hurry and send your application to Ontario.

If they have invited you, don't worry about 2700 quota. Just make sure you claim as many points on their scale for Ontario and provide all relevant documents.

I have applied under the EE as a single applicant. Within a week of submitting my profile, I have received OINP interest notification. Now I plan to apply for an ITA under OINP.

If as per your response, I do receive an ITA from OINP, can I go ahead with further process or use the 600 points of OINP for trying an ITA from CIC.

My second concern is my wedding has been fixed for early next year. If I do get an ITA before my wedding, what should I do? Can I update the marital status and share my spouse's details after receiving ITA also?

Based on what i've gathered, if you get ITA and submit your e-APR before your wedding, you are fine. Your points will not be recalculated, you just need to update CIC that you're married and get a medical and pCC for your spouse.

Education: WES equivalent of two (4 yr) Bachelor Degree
Age:25
Experience:2 years
NOC: 1111
Relevant experience for NOC1111 as I am working as a Senior Accountant

I don't think, I can increase the point for now

Got a message yesterday from CIC " Ontario would like to consider you under provincial nominee Program(PNP)".

can anyone give details about this.. and I also read in the other threads that, ontario is not making any draws in Jan or Feb 2016.
Please help me to understand. Is it good to apply for ontario PNP or wait for the turn in the EE

You should certainly apply to Ontario on the basis of that invite. A score of 422 won't get you a regular ITA anytime in the foreseeable future.
