hmm...When did u get PT Reddy? bestofluck maybe it depends on NOC. 2174 is web developer which might be in demand in Ontario.

Lately I have seen posts where individuals have re-submitted their Express Entry profile and received PT Notifications within weeks. I am wondering whether or not I should do the same. ???

Please share your thoughts on this.

My current CRS is 440, I have a Masters Degree verified by an ECA (WES), over 15 years of working experience in my home country, my IELTS scores are: L(8.5) R(7.0) W(7.5) S(8.0) and my NOC is 2171 though I could change it to 2174 because I also develop web applications.

Further, if I get PT notification, should I go ahead with that or wait for next draw to be invited in the pool directly?

It is a random invitation they are sending. I have spoken to Ontario Immigration regarding this query day before yesterday. People are getting nomination even at 401 scores as well. So you need to wait. If you do not get it within two months, withdraw the profile and re submit it.

If you have PT already, why do you want to delete your profile?
