3 weeks since our examination and no news yet....
They've requested some diagnosis lists for a child (she is receiving hormonial therapy). Just called IOM to see if they know anything but they told me that everything was forwarded to London and that the embassy is going to contact me furtheron if anything else is required.
Is that truth, since I recall someone saying that they were contacted from the doctor's office due to high blood pressure?
A family that had examination ten days after us received third line last week.
When is this agony going to end.............. :o

Did they ask for additional documents during the exam or afterwards? Just thinking what more they could ask for and how... We did examination also ten days after you but still no third line. We did have to bring additional document for my husband but we did it on the same day.

Doctor selected two documents from my bunch and asked me to translate and e-mail them which I did the next day.
Problem is that her condition is very rare and I assume that they are just sending those documents from one doctor to another. I don't think that they can refuse us on the basis of costs (or whatever the formulation is) because the ampule costs cca 100 EUR per month; even if the doctors visit is as much, it is still much less than their limit. Also, her therapy ends in July next year.
I do know that no one here can give me a satisfactory answer, but I really feel so frustrated because all this immigration process was so slow for us, starting with the application which took 10 days to reach CIC via quite expensive courier mail. >:(
We should have been in Calgary long time ago...... :(

I'm thinking the same thing, that they send papers from doctor to doctor. I guess that applications without any additional medical documents are finished faster. I'm just wondering if CIC can ask for more documents, or interview, or whatever based on medical check.
Yes, your timeline is pretty long waiting, I completely understand your frustration.

ok, so it is tuesday... lets see

I have a feeling that Vienna is slower these days, maybe they have more work with tourist visas, because of the summer hollidays.
This is just my opinion.

No, they "work hard" as usually :) Probably planning where to spend their vacation!
But ...since you are anxious in anticipation of their answer, it only seems to you that they are slow :D

Well, I have seen that they are dealing with more other things but our applications and that doesn't make me less anxious ::) anyway did anyone had arranged passport pick up and got mail from vo that passports are ready for that?

i think that you should track your passports online, by the tracking number you got from the courier. it suppose to say there, when passports leave vo.
