Another thing... I won't be able to go to Vienna in person with the passports. I will send the passports by DHL and I like to arrange with the Visa office to send my passports back by DHL. I know I read somewhere that you can ask the visa office to send the passports back using DHL instead of snail mail. It is faster.
Does anybody know how I should do this. Send them case specific enquiry telling them that I will arrange with DHL and pay the costs...???

First hearty congratulations. Second related to returned passport with DHL services, You should ask DHL or postman to buy the package services for return (I dont know where you are; but in germany, I always send a stamped envelop between Germany and Korean), then write a letter to VVO and ask them to use this envelope. Carefully, the return envelope from Vienna including some related documents such as IELTS, WES is bigger and more weight aslo. In addition, the cost of service is different in different countries, so you could check online and buy online the DHL Vienna if it is possible, even ask postman to make sure that.

hello all and congratulations to ones who get medical, passport requests and finally visas.

I am FSW 2014 applicant and I got PER in August already. it looks like process is going faster this year in other visa offices. Do you think that Vienna office can improve their speed and we will start getting medical requests this year? ;D

This refers to your application for permanent residence in Canada in the Federal Skilled Worker class. Only applicants who meet the criteria specified in these Ministerial Instructions are eligible to be processed in the Federal Skilled Worker class.
