To me I believe the security check has been done before issuing MR, though, there is possibility that visa offices operate in different ways, for example applicants in ACCRA VO are receiving MR, and RPRF at the same time.

As far as I understand - 3rd line means results all ok - if they weren't you would instead be contacted by letter. Security screening should start now but it's unclear whether they are in fact doing this beforehand as a few people have got RFPRF and PPR very shortly after third line (yoda within 2 weeks) and the longest I think there has been in recent times with forumites is 6-7 weeks so v hopefully the end is in sight? (But my lawyer's position is that 3-6 months after medical results received is not uncommon for ppr). Good luck!

Guys Someone knows some people who apply to Vienna on PNP, who received Medicals RPRS or PPR ???

I am a FSW 2014 applicant and I received my PER about one month ago. I chose Vienna VO in my application form since I am resident of the Netherlands.

Does anybody know whether Vienna VO sends AOR once the application is transferred to them? In case not, how long will take to get the first email from them? If I send them an email, will they acknowledge receipt of my application?

Congrats! Vienna VO doesn't send AOR as far as FSW1 is concern, but you can only get any email from their office only when you send any updated document, unless you will have to wait till the time your MR will be issued.

you are welcome arashabt! their response depends on how busy they are, from my personal experience they do respond within one week but that does not mean they respond within one week for everybody. Am not sure if they will respond to your request if you ask for AOR

I also sent email to Vienna and they responded after few days. I just asked if they received my application,they said "Yes in january 2014, we will contact you, tnx for your patience..... ???

You will need to pay this fee if we approve your application. It covers you and your partner and/or dependants, if any are coming with you. You must pay it before we will issue your permanent resident visa.
It is from this page :

So, you pay the fee, and then they give you visa
