Who told you that ? Not true ! The only exemptions are for NOC O (managers ) NOC A (profesional) occupations and work permits under Nafta . my friends lawyer told him,am not sure if his correct or not. Even his wife is on open work permit and he thinks that is she gets any lmia they both can stay in canada. i dont know if his lawyer is giving him correct information or not but am trying my best to help him out as he only got 5 months left and the worst thing is he didnt apply pr till now.susana said:Who told you that ?
