Yes he does have a valid workpermit and lmo and why would cic increase his score if they think his lmo is not valid. His on his 4 year rule so after 1st April he can't work and won't be getting any lmo.

Actually my friend has been in canada for almost 8 years and he has an EE profile from Jan and his point is 851 but till now he hasn't got any invitation. I don't understand how this system works and why till now he hasn't got and IT.

Sorry to say this but even cooks these days don't get lmia easily as my friend he is a cook and his employer won't apply for the lmia as it's hard to get one and there are lots of companies who did apply for their restaurant workers got a negative result.

My friend he also doesnt have lmia but he got 600 points extra and his total was 831 but yesterday cic increased his total to 851.

Thats what i have been telling him but he thinks staying in canada since 2007 will get him pr and his 4 year thing will end in april as he wont get any workpermit.i hope he doesnt not get in shit.

My friend does not have lmia but have job offer letter only from the company he works but he has ticked that he have lmia even thou he does not so his point is more then 800..if the any way immigration will know if his not telling the truth?

I have the same feeling but my friend ticked that he has a job offer supported Lmia where as he doesn't have Lmia and now he has 833 points. It's kinda of wrong information but can he get invitation?
