Our timelines are pretty similar, i sent them an email as well but no reply as of yet. Also, my application never went to in progress it still says not applicable. This is driving me crazy. :'(

Weird to have your BGC still NN even though your AOR is November 14. But trust me you might get PPR first. My status is being in process since march 10 and still no ppr.

Never ordered GCMS notes. I think I will wait till 180 days are passed. Hopefully I will get the golden mail before that time. hopefully today or tomorrow by most.
In their e-mail they told me that "your background check has started and well progressed" but I really don't know what's taking them that long to make their decision.

Despite your 180 days are "quite close" from now, maybe you could order GCMS notes (just in case you don't receive the golden PPR email by then ... but of course I hope and wish you to receive before that ...).
If you receive your PPR email then all is fine but if you don't ... at least you can have some visibility with the GCMS notes (especially that the GCMS notes cost is affordable in my opinion ...)

Your absolutely right. is there any step by step procedure on how to order a GCMS notes. I am an outlander and have no one in Canada to order it on my behalf.

I am also an outland applicant and I have used this one : http://visafile.info/
it is very simple and took me barely 5 minutes to do it ...
I used them twice (1 GCMS notes received earlier this month (It took about 30 days to receive it) and now waiting for the 2nd GCMS notes around mid of May)

Otherwise there are some others websites you could use as well but I have never tried them (and i hope I will not have to try them )

I know that one of the senior members of this forum (legalfalcon) suggests to use this one : https://www.getgcms.com

I guess that they are more or less all the same ...

I am EE-fsw-pnp outland
My file has been sent to paris vo on 7,december 2016 and since then it has not been processed
I emailed paris several times about my application status and they have never replied
I passed 180 days and my bgc is still Not Applicable
Hope all of us get ppr soon

People! I've been checking the paris Office's performance during this waiting time, and I've seen no regular trend!
Some people got their ppr directly wothout seeing any change in their BC status.
Some just got it after a day their BC status changed, some after months,
Even some people received it in their CIC account, and I got it by a direct email,
And sometimes they made mistakes in issuing pprs, like they sent it and it didn't reach people's account or mail box,
So in conclusion, I am telling you don't be nervous at all, and from time to time ask about your application status, pari can be so slow, (mine came after 5.5 months), but they read emails and give important information

Are you sure you're using the right email address? are you getting any automated email back to your email? because Paris do reply in few days.

Yes.I sent emails to "parisimmigration@international.gc.ca" and "paris-immigration@international.gc.ca" several times and I usually received auto response from them but sometimes they do not send any auto response.
I also sent CSE last week and I am waiting for they response.
According to my GCMS note, they have not started to process my application in paris since they have received it. :-[
