Applicants based on Colombo VO

Hi Tharakah and all who belong to Colombo VO,

Did anyone get document update request? Such as police certificate etc... I got MR and RPRF only. Would you guys recommend in applying for a fresh police certificate in order to save time? Any thoughts on the matter is deeply appreciated.

In fact I check that with vo at chc.she is told me that regarding my file MR and RPRF is the only pending things. My consultant told me however for previous aplicants they did request police certificate.

No emails from them so far. BTW medicals were dispatched yesterday according to DMP. Will keep you posted.

I guess if you are going to hand it over personally then it would be not necessary, because they will give you a receipt for it. If you're hoping post or courier it, I would recommend sending a covering letter indicating file B number and draft details.

I submitted my RPRF along with my full docs. I personally went and handed it over and also got the receipt for the payment on the same day. Correct me if I'm wrong but I think tharakah also handed it him self. Tharakah any thoughts?

I hand it over through my consultant. But I always visited personally to check the status of the file. My consultant always files documents with a cover letter. I think it's a good practice.

i did my medicals yesterday, they tald me to call them after 3 days to collect the tracking no and also submitted RPRF to my agent....and rial waiting has begun
any ways i am going to apply to fresh police certificate as my previous one already lapse by 7months.
do you guys think that the CHC will ask it again ???/

Great! Regarding the police certificate, not sure whether CHC will ask for it. However I thought of applying for it in any case in order to save time.

Congratulations! My consultant felt I should not apply it now. Apply it when they ask for it and handover the receipts to them to show that we applied.
