Applicants based on Colombo VO

Anyone knows whats the visa quota for CHC Colombo in 2011?

I have seen a document which mention there is a quota for 500. Check my previous post about the numbers for Colombo vo which I pick from Canadian goverment data.

I applied at Colombo VO. My process is finished and got the Visa. Now only I saw this thread.

I visited Colombo HC on 9th Jan. They informed me that only thing pending from me is medical and RPRF. They have not yet mailed them. I managed to get the letters out today (12 jan) though my consultant. ;D I also paid the RPRF and gave the bank draft to my consultant. Plan to do the medical tomorrow.

Congrats!!! I also got my medicals a couple of days back.... looks like things are moving faster now. Good luck with your medicals.

Yes I did my medicals. One step closer The entire process took close to 2 hrs which includes exminaton and all formalities, blood work,x-ray, and urine sample. Hopefully everything went off well.

Colombo visa office is a super office. Extreme efficient staff. When did you all apply.

I applied under FSW1 NOC 0213 IT Manager December 14 2009.

I don't think CHC Colombo has many applicants. so the applicants jam is pretty easy there.

As of 1st July 2011 there were 1538 skill workers awaiting decision in Colombo vo. Out of that 464 awaiting final decision. These number must have reduced even further during last few months.
