They will not mess our application, cause if MI, MII and MIII were again mess certainly a lot of criticism will come ...so i think they will issue a circular to VO to clear as per the deadline set by CIC...

Warm wishes & regards,

Total experience would be counted as 2+ and not 1yr .....it does not matter if your experience is in parts :)

Hi Bro,

The experience will only be counted for the NOC you are applying for. So it would be either for NOC 1 or NOC 2, Although you can specifiy 2 different NOC's 1 as primary and 2 as secondary. But only one of those will be considered which ever is more relevant. So the Points for Work experience will only be considered for the one that is taken into final consideration.

so accordingly your experience for consideration will be only be 1 year.

If your thought is more from academic interest to understand, fine. If you are trying to bank on points for eligibility, I assume, Jassi's logic stands right for you to plan your score.

not true........since he has applied for NOCs that are in the current 29 eligible occupations, any of his recent skilled work exp would count(only in the last 10 yrs).

But CIC do ask for preference if u have specified 2 NOCs, since they need to tally it against the total of 500 applications per NOC :)

As per OP 6B:"Applications from skilled workers with evidence of at least one year of continuous full-time (or
equivalent part-time) paid work experience in the last ten years under one or more of the
National Occupation Classification (NOC) codes specified in the MI up to a maximum of
10,000 new, complete applications per year with no more than 500 applications of this
maximum in any one NOC category"

So his exp woud be counted as 2+ and not 1yr.....Hope this clarifies!

I can't see any of these 3 applicants rejected on basis of job duties or any major reason.

For Pa5510N: It was a clear case of point miscalculation, LVO has agreed that it was a mistake on their end.
For Omee : It was clearly his mistake. He has not provided adequate docs of his spouse education as well as proof of relationship. Just providing citizenship card and birth certificate is not enough to gain 5 points under adaptability. Don't blame LVO on this.
For Meem : let the letter sent by LVO come to him......we can then argue if the reason for refusal was correct or not.

In MI2 and 3, they do calculate ur points again and see if the docs u sent do support ur claims. I guess this is the first thing they do while processing ur appln.

But from what I have read in OB, missions would not reject ur case on basis of job duties mismatch :)

toothfairy I hope u read my above explanation
:)
