my query is y they need it becoze in india PPC has issued frm Passport office n hw cn ppl make an duplicate PCC.

1. Go to Canada and get PR card first.
2. Come back to India and get married and go back to Canada.
3. Send sponsorship to wife for Canadian Visa

I hope, this is the best way to sort the things out...Srilankan's Guy was good example of it!!

B- we started procrssing on file dd/mm/yyyy
C- medical results have been received
D- decision made

Dear I said that even after submitting PCC, VO would still do SC from their end and not BC.

They would want to be completely sure, that you don't have criminality or security issues before entering Canada.

As for BC, they would do it before MR and not after it.

My question to all seniors..as wat u have discussed regarding marriage before or after going to canada...so my concern is ...wat that guy was saying that one option is to cancel the visa and then apply with wife...i didnt understand this...it means if we get visa stamped from CHC and after this before going to canada if we get married we have to cancel our visa????

Nope there is no way to cancel visa......atleast I don't know of any. While ur PP is not stamped, if u get married ....u can still include ur spouse in the appln and all BC and SC alongwith medicals will also happen for ur spouse. It can certainly delay the whole process.

After visa is stamped, he cannot cancel it just to include his spouse appln in it.

Just follow wat babbubhai advised.....as per CIC timelines, it would take 6 months to process spouse visa appln thru sponsorship.

you are right, there are rare chances about it, are u able to check your ecas status or not, if yes then don't worry 4 AOR, usually NDVO send aor between 3-6 weeks of PER?
