yup babbubhai.....I read it ....he's a Sri Lankan citizen........but I don't think he's PR is revoked......they just asked him to return back and sort the case with embassy in Sri Lanka .....I don't blame him.....U don't need to mention ur fiance name in ur appln coz u still not married to her....

NDVO won't stamp visa on your PP until you will be physically present in India, what about if they will call u for an interview..?? Its illegal to post any PP outside from country...Moreover no courier services will take responsibility of it!! This is a fact my dear friend and I can't keep u in dark!!

when you are so close to your destination its better to pack the bag come back asap and forward it to NDVO and enjoy the waiting time with family and then pack the stuff after PR stamped to your dream, thats the best catch....

bro I agree I read it.........but r we supposed to post everything on this thread........I usually post informative posts whenever I have time......but during the last few days the work is only gettin hectic......and to be true I just read a part of the story and not whole.

Even I was not sure what a common law partner means ......so I didn't post as I myself have vague idea and not complete knowledge on the topic.

I dont try to post cause the story is kind of dicey, few really unbelievable things, This guys says he is in common relation without knowing the point what is about common relation generally if we dont know the word we generally wont quote it while speaking,
For the word only i think IO will not go straight to revoking the PR he has to have a document evidence to do so, cause in the case of filing a sue you have to provide document evidence when there is a case ,
But i am sorry cause there is also a moral in all this so i have to post which i didn't in above coming time i will do my best to furnish these type of story if i come by up and will be useful for this thread,

I am a Canadian permanent resident visa (skilled worker) holder. I have received visa only a few days back, and I have not yet reached Canada. Now I am getting married, and I want to apply for a spouse visa. I know that, one option is to cancel the received VISA and apply for a combined visa for my spouse too, then wait for visa stamping. But I dont want to do that, because my friends say that its bit risky. So, I want to reach Canada first and then apply for a spouse visa once I am there. But I dont have any idea how to do it. Anyone here can help?

Im an Indian and my wife to be is worked in Saudi Arabia for 2 years (now shes resigned). May I know what is the process and how much time to take to stamp a spouse visa if I reach there and apply? or do I have any other options?
