No babbu bhai..Jaggy is correct...It is stated that way on Op6 manual ( overseas processing) i have read that 2 weeks ago and and change of VO is only at VO's discretion under the interest of program integrity....

Probably nothing - unless you take into account the new look. ;D
It seems that most MI3 and even MI2 applicants had this change in e-cas.
