hey guys today in my case there is two status shown:

first is Decision made against my last application in 2009 which was refused due to my spouse documents.

second is In process for my present application in 2011 as now i already received MR,RPRF and PRR in april.

just confusing me .
today i shocked when i see this situation in my ECAS.

nothing to worry about the 2009 status

I'm feeling sorry for u, its good to send CSE and u can ask the reason for delaying your process as compare to others.
Do u have any travel history? Are u single? and how many points do u scored out of 100?...Please answer the question then we can compare and do some analysis on your case.

Dear Babbu bhai

I have sent them CSE on 25th april they gv me answer on 29th may as proto type that u haven't crossed the normal time limit inquiry us when u completed more them 6 month from date of AOR.When they gv me answer i hv already completed more then 6 month.Then I have made inquiry by FAX on 2nd June but they did not replied .Again I have mark them CSE by mail on 18th June ,They usually take more then 28 days to answer so hoping answer after 20th JUly.Now thinking for CAIPS note through my close friend who is in Canada but How to GV consent that I dont know I have asked in forum but not got the exact answer.Again if any buddy who order CAIPS/GCMS and given consent gv me copy so it will be easy for me.

The legislation is the latest in a series of changes to Canada's immigration and refugee system, including:

Bill C-31, which targets human smuggling and gives the immigration minister sole authority to decide which groups of refugee claimants are "mass arrivals." The bill has passed the House of Commons and is being considered by the Senate.

Amendments to the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act contained in the omnibus budget bill, which passed the House this week, that will wipe out a backlog of 280,000 applications under the Federal Skilled Worker Program. Applications made before 2008 would be deleted and the application fee refunded.

A new policy that comes into effect June 30 will cut back on the services offered to refugees under the Interim Federal Health Program, which gives temporary health-care coverage to approximately 128,000 refugees.

A decision by Kenney last year to freeze applications from foreign parents and grandparents to join their children in Canada, while raising the annual number of applicants allowed in to the country, in a bid to clear a backlog of 180,000 applications. He also introduced a new "super-visa" that allows family members to visit Canada for up to 10 years provided they have a minimum annual income and arrange their own health insurance.
